A study by Ecopsychology found that those who take regular walks in nature have decreased levels of depression and stress, along with enhanced mental health and well-being. If you're not the outdoorsy type, just being exposed to natural sunlight can help improve your mood. By deepening your emotional attachment to nature, you do more than just help yourself; you also help the environment as you become more globally aware and eco-friendly. So if you're feeling down, get up, get out of bed, and get outside!
